Enrolment Information

Enrolment Dates

Enrolment takes place from the 27th- 30th August  between 9:45am-3pm

If you have been interviewed and offered an place with us you will receive a personal invite to an express time slot.

If you have not been interviewed you may still be able to obtain a place via attending enrolment during the dates above.


Enrolment Step By Step

1. Check-In 
Check-in with reception and complete an enrolment form.

2. Course Confirmation 
Confirm your subject choices with a course advisor.

3. Enrolment 
We will enter your on to our system and take your picture.

That's it! 


 

What you need to bring 

Qualifications - You'll need your qualifications to enrol. If you didn't take any exams and don't have any you will need to sit a maths & English assessment.
ID - We will need you to bring your Oystercard or any other form of photo ID that you have.
Contact Details - We will need the phone numbers of two people we can contact in case of an emergency. 

Need to change the course you applied for?
 

No problem, you can do this on the day, just let the staff on the reception desk know you wish to switch subject, simple.

Can't make your Enrolment appointment? 

Please rebook your enrolment here. You'll need to visit as soon as you are back if you are away when you are due to enrol.

Induction Dates 

You'll need to attend your induction once you have completed your enrolment and are an official SHC student. You can find the dates and time information here, you need to attend both days. Remember you can't be inducted if you have not attended your enrolment appointment. 

Induction takes place between 8:45am-3:30pm
