Health and Wellbeing at SHC
The health and wellbeing of SHC employees is at the heart of everything we do. All our employees have access to our Employee Assistant Programme, which provides unlimited confidential support. Support is available for, but not limited to; emotional wellbeing, work-life balance, family and relationship issues or life events, in the form of counselling and mentorship, either on the phone or via email during term time. Further to this, SHC offers child care vouchers for new parents and contributions towards the cost of eye care.
